Foie gras & black garlic sauce

Fondant and daring, the Foie Gras and Black Garlic sauce will delight the taste buds of the greatest gourmets. Its delicacy will sublimate both red meats and poultry (duck, capon, turkey stuffed with chestnuts). Ready to use, it heats up gently in the pan, turning it gently, without letting it reach the boil. It can also be warmed up in a bain-marie. Made in Provence, Foie Gras and Black Garlic sauce is made from foie gras, fresh cream and French black garlic pulp. It is flavorless, colourant-free, preservative-free and sugar-free. Store at room temperature and protected from light. After opening, keep cool (0°C - +4°C) and consume within 5 days.
