ANDproduced with 100% late harvested Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes.  The use of the ancient traditional practice of saignée, or Salasso in Italian, allows us to obtain a structured wine, rich in characteristic aromas and perfectly balanced in its components: alcohol on one side and refreshing capacity on the other.
 Sensory characteristics: Color: ripe cherry | Nose: floral and fruity with notes of morello cherry and undergrowth | Vibrant and persistent palate; round and lively, with the freshness of a white wine and the body of a young red.
