Made with no less than 20 varieties, our cider finds its balance between sweet, bitter and acid apple. After a more or less long fermentation (depending on whether it is brut, semi-dry or sweet) and a light filtration, it is bottled to obtain its fine bubbles thanks to natural foaming. Aromatic and fruity, it will accompany your various dishes throughout the meal.
