
**This drink won Silver for the 'Classic Cocktails With a Twist' category at the International Spirits Challenge 2020** This 80's British libation is made 'fresh to order', but with a twist - Of course! I use local fresh roasted coffee beans from my local coffee shop Hog & Bean in Deal, Kent. I first infuse the vodka with a course grind of their 50/50 speciality beans. I then add some chilled espresso. I also add a rich Sicilian Amaro liqueur which takes this drink to another level. The drink is complete with a rich vanilla & tonka bean syrup with a pinch of Fleur De Sal. Dick Bradsell, the old school bartender who invented this at Fred's in the 80's created this when a supermodel asked him for something that would 'wake me up, and **ck me up'. Well, this product will do that, but it is also a true artisan product championing a small local supplier with plenty of Italian finesse! So do it in style! This drink can be made in 30 seconds. Pour 100ml of cocktail into an ice filled shaker and shake it until your hands go numb!
