Chablis 2021 Domaine Michaut HVE - WHITE

Family winery from father to son since 1950. The vines are all located in the town of Beine near Chablis in Burgundy department of Yonne (89). They cultivate around 27 hectares of vines in the appellation: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis 1er Cru Vau-Ligneau, Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy. The vineyard, located on different hillsides, produces Chablis wines which express the magnificent symbiosis of the terroirs - Kimmeridgian and Portlandian - and the Chardonnay grape variety. TASTING Grape: Chardonnay Colour: Very beautiful golden yellow color with a light pale green reflection. Brilliant and luminous. Nose: Scents of white flowers and fresh citrus. The nose is complex and seductive. Mouth: The attack is very supple, the rather lively mouth is well balanced between roundness and minerality. FOOD & WINE PAIRING Meat, chicken in sauce, seafood, hot oysters, mussels, lobster, sushi. OPERATING TEMPERATURE 12°C GUARD It is best to drink it young. However, it has an aging potential of 3 to 5 years.
