Nuits Saint Georges 2019 Louis Chavy TAST - RED

Nuits-Saint-Georges is considered the capital of the Côte de Nuits, it is in fact the last village of the Côte de Nuits. It's all a question of the topography and the soil consisting mainly of limestone and marl. It is close to one of the famous Grands Crus villages, Vosne-Romanée. The grapes were harvested by hand in small volume crates to avoid crushing and then brought to the winery for hand sorting on the sorting bench. TASTING Colour: The robe is a very beautiful ruby red colour, limpid and very brilliant. Nose: From the first nose, finesse dominates. We find the nobility of Pinot Noir in this fine wine with aromas of red and black fruits. Palate: The attack is supple and silky. The grain of the wine is infinitely small, with perfect fruit maturity. The tannins are tight and fine; very balanced in relation to the material. Long in the final. FOOD & WINE PAIRING Red wine sauces, marinated or roasted game; strong red meats, grilled or roasted, medium-flavored cheeses... OPERATING TEMPERATURE 15°C / 16°C GUARD 6 to 8 years old
