Burgundy Aligoté 2022 Domaine de la Belouse HVE - WHITE

The estate is located in the heart of the Mâconnais, between Mâcon and Cluny, in the town of Berzé la Ville, on the edge of La Roche Vineuse and Milly Lamartine in southern Burgundy. The winery has existed since 1973, and has continued to develop from year to year. The estate currently operates an area of 30 hectares for an annual production of approximately 2,000 hectoliters. TASTING Grape: Aligote Colour: white gold with strong green highlights Nose: fresh aromas reminiscent of grapes, green apple and lemon Mouth: its vivacity and dominant acidity are well complemented by a discreet suppleness. It leaves a pleasant aromatic persistence with a beautiful finesse. FOOD & WINE PAIRING To be served with charcuterie, seafood, fried foods and sausages.
