First control of the grapes on the vine and during the filling of the press. Winemaking Harvest isolated in cold room before pressing in whole bunches. Grape varieties vinified separately in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Cold stabilization, settling and start of alcoholic fermentation maintained between 16° and 18°C. Wine aging Thermo-regulated stainless steel tank for 5 months. Tasting notes Dressed in a pale salmon color, with a powdery nose with rose and peach scents. A beautiful ample and silky mouth with aromas of peach and strawberry towards a long saline finish. The right balance between tension and roundness allows this Rosé to be served at 10°C as an accompaniment to tapenades as an aperitif or throughout the meal with fish or white meats, to be tried with fresh goat cheese with pink peppercorns.
