I made this chocolate with cocoa beans from Hacienda Eleonor - Ecuador and hazelnuts from the South West. A touch of whole milk (11.3%), a touch of organic cocoa butter (11.3%), lots of organic hazelnuts (28%) and a little organic sugar (18%). A beautiful balance that highlights the hazelnuts.
