They are grown in the following departments: Charente, Charente-Maritime, Deux-Sèvres, Vienne, Haute-Vienne and Dordogne. White beans are rich in vitamins and proteins, which helps you stay energized throughout the day! Cold or hot, they can be enjoyed in salads or in hot dishes to accompany meat and fish.
