Organic coral lentils come from the departments of Charente, Charente-Maritime, Deux-Sèvres, Vienne, Haute-Vienne and Dordogne and are grown on the farms of our organic producers. These lentils are also Organic Fair Trade, guaranteeing fair remuneration for producers. These lentils are particularly rich in fiber, minerals, and vegetable proteins, which makes them an excellent choice for a healthy diet and beneficial for digestion. Preparation advice: rinse the coral lentils in cold water, then place them in a saucepan with 3 times their volume of cold, unsalted water.
