This magnificent seed is one of the oldest legumes in our history. Rich in iron and protein, it is an excellent alternative to animal protein. The green lentil also contains a lot of antioxidants, helping to fight against cholesterol and aging. Preparation tips : Rinse the lentils and place them in a saucepan. Cover them generously with cold water. unsalted (1 glass of lentil per person maximum). Bring to a boil and cook 7 to 10 minutes, covered over low heat. They can also be prepared in Dahl for maximum flavor!
