Preparation based on lavender honey harvested on the Valensole plateau and Brazilian coffee roasted in Nantes by CIME. To accompany the chocolate and hazelnut notes of the coffee, we chose lavender honey for its floral and vegetal touch. Coffee and flowers. A delicious spread to simply enjoy on a slice of bread or brioche, with crepes, pancakes, yogurt. Artisanal production in Vendée, France.
