ORGANIC Lavender Honey - Puyricard - Creamy - 400gr

This honey is produced during the summer in Provence, when the lavenders are in bloom. We have worked this honey creamy which gives it a creamy texture, lingering floral notes on the palate and a fairly sweet and fine taste. Translucent at harvest, its color ranges from golden yellow to light amber. After a rather fine crystallization, a natural phenomenon taking place after a few months, it becomes opacified to become pearly white. It will pair perfectly with your favorite toast, yogurt or other hot drinks.
