ORGANIC Lavender Honey - Puyricard - Liquid - 400gr

New harvest 2023! This honey is produced during the summer in Provence, when the lavenders are in bloom. Liquid texture, lingering floral notes on the palate and quite sweet and fine taste. Translucent at harvest, its color ranges from golden yellow to light amber. After a rather fine crystallization, a natural phenomenon taking place after a few months, it becomes opacified to become pearly white. It will pair perfectly with your favorite toast, yogurt or other hot drinks.
