Spring honey 250g, harvested in Ain

Spring honey is the first honey of the season. Its main characteristic is that it crystallizes quickly (about 1 month). In this honey we find the nectars of dandelion flowers, plum trees, cherry trees, rapeseed or hawthorn. Easily spreadable because it does not run, goes well with a touch of butter on breakfast toast.
