Discover our Artisanal Thyme Syrup, gold medal winner at the 2023-2024 Hérault Gourmand competition. 🌿 With its garrigue aroma and culinary finesse, this syrup embodies Occitanie in a bottle. It is both rustic and refined and reflects aromatic richness in its most authentic form. EMade with thyme harvested under the sun of Pic Saint Loup, without colours or preservatives, it reveals herbaceous and slightly honeyed notes. 🍸Quick recipe: In a large glass, pour 2 tablespoons of homemade anise syrup, add the juice of half a lime and top up with very cold tonic water. Add a few ice cubes, a slice of cucumber and a mint leaf.🍑Gourmet tip: For peaches roasted with anise syrup: Cut 2 peaches in half and remove the pits. Place them in a dish, drizzle with a little homemade anise syrup and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a spoonful of fromage blanc.🍋Delicious recipe: Iced lemon-anise infusion: prepare an infusion of verbena or mint, let it cool then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of anise syrup and the juice of one lemon.
