Description : Explore the sunny aromas of Provence with our Farigoule Bio, a thyme liqueur lovingly concocted from two varieties of thyme grown in the Valensole region. Purity and Flavor: At 37% Vol, our Farigoule reveals the natural richness of thyme, without artifice. 

No colorings, no added flavors, just the purity of the Provençal terroir in every sip. Available Sizes: Available in 200 mL bottles for discovery and 500 mL for amateurs. Its History: Farigoule is much more than a liqueur. 

It’s an ode to thyme, an emblematic plant of Provence. 

In Provençal, Farigoule simply means thyme, and we wanted to capture this essence in a delicately sweet liqueur. Its Manufacturing: Cultivated in Provence, the leaves of two varieties of thyme are macerated in ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin and natural, lightly mineralized French mineral water. 

After meticulous filtration, the mixture is carefully sweetened with fair trade cane sugar. 

The result is reduced to 37%Vol to create this unique Farigoule. Its use : Perfect in a cocktail with lemonade or tonic water, our Organic Thyme Liqueur can also enhance desserts such as ice cream, fruit salads, tarts or cakes. HASenjoy pure or with ice cubes as a digestive. 

Can also be used in a kitchen to deglaze braised lamb for example.
