To the butter is the real white winter truffle added and also perfumed with pure and natural white truffle extract from the Tuber Magnatum Pico. THE APPLICATION: the white winter truffle butter has many applications. It can be used everywhere where butter is normally used, except for recipes with burnt butter (e.g. “Blackened Pepper Steak"). You can use the truffle butter to prepare (basic) sauces and/or flavoring prepared sauces.
