Porcini & Tartufo Bianco Porcini mushrooms with white winter truffle puree. __An exceptional puree of finely chopped porcini mushrooms and white winter truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico and Tuber Borchii Vitt.). At the puree is a touch of mild olive oil and the natural extracts of porcini mushrooms and the white winter truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) added. The combination of two of the top three mushrooms, namely the truffle and porcini mushrooms, is the pinnacle of delicacy and finesse. The porcini mushrooms with white winter truffle puree contains no flavor enhancers, no dyes and  is without non-natural preservatives. THE APPLICATION: the harmony between the ideally combining, yet different earthy notes that this puree can add to dishes and sauces giving is of a unique class.
