Funghi & Tartufo Neric Mushrooms & Black Summer Truffle Puree Brown Italian mushrooms mixed with the black summer truffle and with natural black summer truffle extracts from the Tuber Aestivum Vitt.. In addition, mild olive oil has been added to complete the whole to become an unctuous mass and breadcrumbs every two to bind water-retaining elements. The mushrooms and black summer truffle puree contains no flavor enhancers, no dyes and  is without non-natural preservatives. THE APPLICATION: the mushrooms and black summer truffle puree is ideal for 'truffing' vegetable and mashed potatoes and cold/warm sauces.
