The dark Kalamon olives, known as Kalamata olives, absorb the pleasantly milder heat of the crushed chilli peppers (heat 3-4) wonderfully and leave a slight stinging sensation on the tongue. The oily fruits reduce the spiciness a little and harmonize wonderfully when eating. The energy metabolism is stimulated and the healthy fatty acids can be used well. Gently harvested and naturally debittered - typical for the Kalamata olives coming from Messinia - our pickled olives convince with an intensely spicy taste with a healthy heat! After consuming the olives, the extra virgin olive oil with herbs and garlic can of course also be used wonderfully for cooking and baking. • Recommended as a medium-hot finishing chilli oil for pizza and pasta or as a spiciness kick for fried foods, dips and pesto and for vegetarian and vegan cuisine!
