Description

With CARBONE we wanted to return to the fundamentals of a spirit: texture. An idea that makes sense in a market where aromatization is touted as a cardinal value, often to the detriment of balance. To do this, we infuse several varieties of charcoal in the vapor phase to purify but also to enhance the texture of this vodka, which is therefore aromatically neutral. Ideal as a martini!
