TASTING NOTES The flagship reference of the distillery, the brandy of Ogier williams pear gives the sensation of bite into a juicy pear. It is light, fruity and round and its finesse delights the initiated as well as the amateur. Coming only from Valloire pears, classified as a Remarkable Site of Taste, the fruits are macerated then distillation to preserve only the heating core. In order to ensure traceability and transparency unique, each bottle is numbered and the production is completely manual: implementation bottle, labeling, capping and waxing.
