Silent Pool Gin

Each essential ingredient is carefully selected by the skilled distillers and comes, where possible, from local sources. A pipe went through the open door of the distillery and goes to draw water from the pond Silent Pool. The unique four-step transformation process begins then: maceration, aromatic infusion of gin, infuser basket and rectification. The gin is entirely made between the four walls of the distillery with care, love and precision. No part of the production is left to chance, even the bottling is carried out on site. Tasting notes Silent Pool gin is a classic gin at heart. Full-bodied and light, full of depth, freshness and above all flavor. Prepared from 24 plants unique aromatics, it is a generous and frank spirit, dominated by berries of juniper with a floral bouquet of lavender and chamomile, as well as notes of citrus and kaffir lime, enhanced with a hint of local honey for a deliciously smooth flavor. This orchestration makes it possible to create a harmonious traditional gin, but at the unique personality.
