Cuvée Signature is a rosé with a very Provençal character. Our wine is intended to reflect the famous wind that vigorously sweeps the Mediterranean vineyard. The Mistral is a real natural fortifier for the vine, its power and its dry air help keep the plant healthy. This rosé has a beautiful clear color, a floral and fruity nose, a mineral profile with a nice freshness punctuated by some citrus notes. An elegant wine to enjoy with ease. Blend: 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah Vinification: Direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats, aging for 4 months on fine lees. Tasting: Beautiful clear color, subtle citrus aromas, notes of white flowers and a hint of acidity. Food/wine pairing: Tapas (charcuterie board, homemade hummus) grilled seafood (octopus, sea bream).
