Fanny Fougerat - Pineau Rosé des Charentes - Le Colibri de Fanny

In the same spirit as the Pineau Blanc, this Pineau rosé is very interesting for its approach to fresh fruit and fresh harvests. 
Can be offered as a rosé wine.   Merlot grape variety, Fins Bois appellation. 
The harvests were made in 2017. 
It was aged in French Limousin oak barrels for a minimum of 8 months in wood. 
The must is mutated with Cognac at 71%.
 Tasting notes Color: Light pink color. 
Natural tone.   Nose: Intense, fresh and fruity. 
Nose of grenadine, strawberry, slightly oxidative note. 
Fresh harvests. 
English candy.   Mouth: Fresh fruit, grenadine and strawberry are very present on the palate, grape flesh, fresh harvests. 
Very nice balance for this beautiful pineau rosé. 
Aromas of red fruits and cinnamon. 
Slightly tangy. 
You can guess the just-pressed Merlot. 70cl - 17%
