Pineau d'Aunis

Pineau d'Aunis is a grape variety that is perfect for making a rosé wine, with a salmon color. It is slightly peppery and particularly refreshing. 2021 SILVER Interloire Competition 2017 Independent Winegrowers Competition A very pale color, barely pink, with orange reflections. It opens with finesse on flowers and citrus fruits, enhanced with a hint of spice. Round and supple on the attack, balanced by a nice freshness, on a finish of aromas of acidulous and peppery red berries. FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS Aperitifs, fresh salad, barbecue white meats, but also with a nice charcuterie platter.
