This wine is made from a blend of 50% Pinot Saint Georges and 50% Gamay. Cuvée on freshness thanks to the direct pressing method and the selection of the first press juices. Settling is carried out at 6°C and fermentation at less than 18°C for about ten days. Selected natural sourdough. A minimum of sulphites have been added throughout the vinification stages. Dominant floral (pink and violet) mixed with notes of fresh apricot fruit. Tangy and refreshing palate.
