Rosé wine AOP Coteaux d’Aix ESQUISSE 75cl or 150cl 13°5

This rosé reveals to the eye its delicate, crystalline and very brilliant pink color while its fragrance extracts floral notes of white flowers, Provence iris and lilac.   It reserves its finesse on the palate through a hint of red fruits.    Grape varieties Cinsault 40% Grenache 35% Sauvignon blanc 25%, Soil & Climate Exploited in organic farming, the vineyard flourishes on a clay/limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence Winemaking Manual harvesting of the grapes.  The grapes are destemmed and pressed in order to select the first juices.
