Red wine Le Rouge IGP Méditerranée 75cl or 150cl 13°

This red reveals a deep red color with purple reflections, with a fruity scent with a sweet spicy note of paprika, the wine is pure and round, delicate and extremely delicious; on the palate, blackberry and black cherry delight our taste buds.    Grape varieties Syrah 90% Grenache 10%, Soil & Climate Exploited in organic farming, the vineyard flourishes on a clay/limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence Winemaking Manual harvesting of the grapes.  The grapes are destemmed then vatted.Maceration and vinification last almost 3 weeks.  40% of this wine is aged in barrels for 1 year. Tasting notes Color: Deep red with purple reflections Nose: First nose of violet and leather very typical of Syrah Mouth: On the palate these aromas give way to notes of cocoa and sweet licorice brought by aging in wood.  Silky and very discreet tannins which delicately support the bouquet of aromas.  The finish stretches on sweet licorice and leather which returns in retro olfaction Consumer advice Serve at 18°c Food and wine pairings Small grilled vegetables, grilled meat and cheese, brie or coulommiers and for dessert: red fruits and chocolate, chocolate mousse.  Also drunk as an aperitif.
