Cuvee Germain

Merlot and Syrah, aging in oak barrels for 12 months. A powerful wine, notes of roasting, ripe fruit. On the palate, the tannins are supple. To be enjoyed with typical dishes from the South-West, such as duck confit, rib of beef, or chocolate desserts.
