Linden Honey and Wild Flowers from the Plateau de Sault ORGANIC Harvested in the Aude on the large plateau of the Pays de Sault. Our honeys are vintage-certified for greater transparency. No honey older than 3 years. All our honeys are unheated, the potting is done with extra-fresh honeys before the start of crystallization in order to ensure the lowest HMF content and preserve the vitality of the product. All our honeys are then stored in cellars under a controlled atmosphere to guarantee their freshness and the longest possible preservation of the aromas, vitamins, minerals and microbiota of the honeys. Great honeys deserve the care of great wines and the work of bees deserves the same respect.
