All-flower honey is renowned for being a mixture of flavors and odors. This one is harvested in June between 400 and 800 meters above sea level in the Pyrenees foothills and in the Pyrenees. Its taste, texture and color vary depending on the plant species harvested and the harvest season. It is considered a unique honey with its fine, rather slow crystallization. Each honey from Village de François comes from responsible beekeeping practices and has been selected for its taste quality and character. Each honey is analyzed to guarantee its floral origin. Le Village de François is an association which welcomes vulnerable people and their companions, offering them a roof over their heads, an economic activity and a lot of kindness. This pot of honey that you buy allows fragile people to work, live with dignity and get back on their feet. We package in boxes of 20 pots of the same size with the possibility of mixing the honeys within the same box.
