Grape varieties: Gros and Petit Manseng. Characteristics: Fermented and aged for 15 months in new barrels with stirring of the lees every week for 6 months. A very rounded wine with brioche and toasted aromas. Will keep for over 10 years. Serve between 12 and 14°C Serve as an aperitif, with fatty fish, shellfish, white meat in sauce, tartars, carpaccios and cheese.
