Dry white: Cuvée Louis

This wine is made from a blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Gros-Manseng. 

This wine underwent traditional aging in barrels for 9 months, without topping the barrels. Racking over the seasons has clarified and stabilized this wine; it has not undergone any filtration or fining. 

We thus rediscover all the flavor of the wines of that era.

 On the verge of madification, with notes of candied fruits and dried fruits, it will accompany aperitifs, foie gras, raw meats, meats in sauces, cheese-based dishes, fish, cheese, dishes with strong spices (curry, coriander, etc.), and sweet-salty pairings. Drink between 14 and 15°C Can be stored for 3 to 5 years
