Wine for informal occasions and convivial moments. This fruity and round red will seduce you with its scent of forest fruits and cherry.  The palate is delicious and velvety.  Our advice: Always have a bottle of this vintage available in the house.  An impromptu visit from friends, a place in your suitcase to go on an adventure or to slip into your picnic basket in summer and winter.  Assembly: 80% Merlot - 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Deep sandy gravel terroir.  Winemaking: Vatting in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, gentle and rational extraction by light pumping over.  Vatting for 15 to 20 days.  Malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.  Breeding: Thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for 24 months.  Tasting advice: It is sufficient on its own, but you can also enjoy it as an aperitif with a platter of cold meats or cheeses, on grilled meats, with red or pink meats.
