Fermented in stainless steel for 7 days at 24-26ºC, maceration of about 21 days. A part of the wine rests in oak barrels Oak for 3 months to later evolve in bottles for more than 4 months before reaching its optimal point. VARIETIES: 90% Red Garnacha, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. BOTTLE CAPACITY: 75 cl. BOX CAPACITY: 6 BOT. TASTING NOTES: Colour: dense, clean and bright cherry red. Scent: Ripe red fruit, tomato preserve, notes of undergrowth, balsamic and spicy.
