Wine vintage La Rocaille 2019 AOC Côtes du Rhône Village Visan Rouge ORGANIC

APPELLATION: AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Visan Rouge VINTAGE: 2019 DESCRIPTION: Deep color evoking the nuances of black cherry.   An initial nose with aromas of blackcurrant buds reveals notes of leather, tobacco and caramel liqueur.   In the mouth, a round and supple attack with a beautiful freshness.   The tannins are tight and fine, the structure is fine and elegant.   The finish is long with a nice freshness.   It is a fine and complex wine, with great aging potential.    GRAPES: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah KEEPING: 1 - 10 years VINIFICATION: Traditional vinification, with long vatting, where we seek to gently extract the material.   The Syrah undergoes cold maceration to reveal the fruit and freshness of this grape variety.   The temperature is maintained below 27°C and only the free juice will be used to produce this cuvée.   Aging takes place in concrete vats for the Grenache Noir and part of the Syrah.   The other part of the Syrah is aged in demi-muids for a minimum of 12 months.   SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 - 18° PAIRING: This wine will perfectly accompany fine and elaborate dishes, based on grilled or simmered red meat, and soft cheeses.
