Rosé wine made from Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren and Rolles from vines 15 to 40 years old, raised under the sun of the Gulf of Saint Tropez. This wine will accompany you throughout the meal. I appreciated its roundness and its beautiful presence as well as its small iodized touch at the end of the mouth.
