The Claude cuvée is simply part of the Passeloup cuvée aged 12 months in barrels. This breeding gives it notes of caramel and chocolate, a structure as well as a greater concentration. Labeled HVE3 Serve at 15-16°C Keeping time: 1 to 10 years
