ORANGE WINE - Northern Limestones

The orange wine or “skin contact wine” is a macerated white wine, orange limestone is a macerated vermentino. It is sometimes difficult to understand, you have to tame it. If the rosé is a red wine vinified like a white, it is the opposite, the juice macerates with the skins, the pips and the stalks. Hence the amber color.
