Its classic shaped handle is rounded at the end for a better grip and optimum safety. Unlike our range of stainless steel knives, its blade has been cut directly into the steel in order to have a single sharp edge, which gives greater resistance to the knife. Resistant to extreme temperatures (from -40°C to 150°C).
