SUNDAY MORNINGS - PALE ALE Ideal for both beginners and craft beer experts! An American Amber Ale style beer, with a “long drink” for its small caramel touch within a round combination between the 2 varieties of hops and its 3 different malts. Suitable for an audience that ranges from the most beer-loving to the occasional beer drinker, both for drinking with friends in a beer bar, at home watching a movie, or for socializing. Beer with medium-high body, moderate-low carbonation. Amber color with 5.5% alcohol and 37 IBUS bitterness. Pairing: Pinchos in general, from croquettes, sausages and ham to anchovies in vinegar or olives. Any cheese will pair perfectly with this beer. It is also a good beer to accompany suckling pig or Segovian lamb due to its silkiness.
