Rome D.O.C. Red by Donna Enrica - Wine with an intense ruby red colour. Scent of ripe red fruit, cherries in alcohol, sour cherries, red flowers and Mediterranean scrub, with pleasant balsamic notes. Soft taste with fine tannins, balanced, elegant and pleasant with a long persistence. - PAIRINGS: Excellent with savory pasta dishes, roasted or stewed meats, cured meats and aged cheeses. - Serve at 16/18 degrees.
