Single-variety extra virgin olive oil from our own production of Koroneiki olives. From the north of Greece. Vintage harvest without any admixtures or blends. Produced exclusively from our own, self-harvested Koroneiki olives. From unripe olives. Harvest October 2023. Aromatic with pleasant bitterness and a slightly spicy finish. Our olives are carefully harvested by hand during the day, sorted and brought to a modern olive oil mill of our trust within a few hours. There, the olive oil is gently produced through cold extraction. Our olive groves, which we planted ourselves 19 years ago, are located in the Pieria region near Sfendami, our mother's home village. We strictly avoid the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides when cultivating the olive groves. We are in the transition phase towards organic certification.
