The Koroneiki olives for OEL come from our own olive grove in Andania as well as from the groves of Ilias, who runs Andania's state-of-the-art oil mill. All olives for OEL are grown in organic farms and harvested by hand. This protects flora and fauna. The olive oil is cold extracted in Ilias' oil mill, immediately filled into stainless steel tanks under vacuum, and only transferred into our practical tin canisters when needed.
