Fruity with pleasant bitter notes and a slightly spicy finish Olive oil from our own production. Harvested by hand. Produced exclusively from our own, self-harvested Koroneiki olives. Vintage harvest without any admixtures or blends. We strictly avoid the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides when cultivating the olive groves.We are in the transition phase towards organic certification. Acidity 0.22%.
