Black Giraffe Mango Hot Sauce

There’s two kinds of people: those who love mangoes and those who love mangoes but don’t know it yet. Oh, you’re an exception? You prove the rule :-D. We won’t cajole you with tales of sunset-colored fruit ripening in golden sunrays or of country girls in colorful skirts picking it with mirth and laughter. We don’t know how mangoes are grown and we don’t care. We’ve used it to make our Sauce and we’re waiting for applause. Pssst… our Mango Sauce is another pleasant little sauce fit to convince stubborn opponents and get them addicted… That is, if you’ll be willing to share. What’s the taste like? Like MANGO. You’ll have time to close your eyes savoring it, and then you will be reminded – in a not so subtle way – that it’s a HOT sauce. Habanero peppers have a steady, pronounced and prolonged heat, beautifully harmonized with fruity notes. It goes well with… The “spicy” chips you fell for yet again. It makes an interesting dip, salad dressing, marinade ingredient and Asian cuisine additive. We just pour it on our sandwiches and cry over how fast it’s gone. It’s best to have more than one bottle in your fridge – especially if you don’t live alone :-]
