Beyond his multiple Michelin stars, Thierry Marx is known for his social and environmental commitment: support for small local producers, collaboration with Restos du Coeur, culinary training for prisoners... The chef defends a responsible vision of food that we let us share fully. 

Together, we will continue to refine our recipes, improve our products and develop new ones. •95% French ingredients. 

The tomatoes, carrots, chili peppers as well as the parsley, onion and salt are all French. 

Garlic comes from Spain and olive oil from Spain or Tunisia. 

We support the production of organic French tomatoes grown in open fields. 

Depending on the harvest, we obtain our supplies directly from a group of 50 farmers in Provence and a group of around fifteen farmers in the South-West. •Provençal pepper which works for biodiversity. 

While chili production is concentrated in China and Mexico, we have chosen to work with local market gardeners. 

The Arrabbiata sauce is made with peppers from Hervé, a market gardener located right next to Carpentras. 

It promotes biodiversity by diversifying its crops as much as possible and is currently working on an agroforestry project, that is to say combining trees and crops.
